Our application exclusively utilizes non-PII data. Under no circumstances do we transfer or utilize personal data such as location, names, or email addresses of our clients' customers.
We retain our customers' business data for a limited period, with the timing of deletion varying based on the frequency of the deletion process. Detailed information can be found below.
Our customers always have full visibility of the data used by our application.
We provide dedicated, free-of-cost support for any subject access requests if required.
All event and behavioral/tracking data is deleted when our customers uninstall the application.

- Purpose: Used to create personalized AI & ML recommendations e.g. last purchased, recently viewed etc. We only use id to link with transactional and behavioural history. No personal data like name, email addresses is being either stored or used by our application.

Tracking

Explore Captured Data: You can easily view all the data collected by our application by navigating to the explorer menu.

Data Deletion: Rest assured that all data is automatically deleted within 30 days of uninstalling the app, maintaining your data privacy and compliance.
