De-activate Campaign
The campaign can be de-activated in two different ways:
1) De-activate from Campaign Overview page
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click the "View Dashboard" button associated with your chosen business.
Access the Campaign Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Campaign" menu item.
Find Your Campaign: Utilize the search feature to locate the campaign you wish to deactivate.
Initiate Deactivation: Click on the campaign label to access its details. Then, click the "Action" dropdown button.
Select "Deactivate": From the dropdown menu, choose "Deactivate."
Note: Please note that only campaigns in the "Active" status can be deactivated.
2) De-activate from Campaign Config page
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click the "View Dashboard" button associated with your chosen business.
Access the Campaign Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Campaign" menu item.
Find Your Campaign: Utilize the search feature to locate the campaign you wish to deactivate.
Access Campaign Configuration: Click on the campaign label to access the campaign configuration flow.
Navigate to Design View: Progress to the Design view by clicking the "NEXT" button on the Target and Destination pages.
Initiate Deactivation: Finally, click on the "De-Activate" button.
Note: Please be aware that only campaigns in the "Active" status can be deactivated.
Tips
Before proceeding with campaign deactivation, it's crucial to review the configuration thoroughly. Once a campaign is deactivated, its status will be set to "Stopped." Remember that you can reactivate the campaign at any time after deactivation.
