Create Custom Collections
The custom collection feature is tailor-made for operators, allowing them to establish new collections within the Ci App. Here are some key advantages:
Create collections to showcase a specific set of products exclusively on selected pages. This facilitates the merchandising of particular product sets using the Ci App's manual recommendation capabilities.
Utilize custom collections to exhibit recommendations on products of your choosing.
Fine-tune the recommendation model with custom collections to generate advanced recommendations that align with your business strategy. For example, you can display only those items that are frequently purchased at a 20% discount on the home page.

Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click on the "View Dashboard" button associated with that business.
Access the Collection Menu: On the left side of the screen, click on Explorer and then click on the Collection menu item
Create New Collection: Click on the NEW COLLECTION button on the top right hand corner of the screen
This will navigate operators to a new window where they can configure the custom collection as shown below
6. Collection Name: Please choose the label that best represents the collection configuration.
7. Collection Description: Provide a concise description for the custom collection.
8. Select the products you would like to associate with this collection.
9. Click "Save."
Note:
Please ensure that you select only products with the status set to "Available," as anything else will be displayed to end users.
The Designer tab enables operators to update the configuration, while the Info tab is designed to offer critical user information, including descriptions, smart collection definitions, the products assigned to the collection, and the campaigns utilizing that specific collection.
How to duplicate existing collection
Ci ap provide operators an ability to duplicate existing collection, this makes it easier for users to create new collection within minimum amount of effort. Please follow the steps below to deuplicate an existing collection:
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click on the "View Dashboard" button associated with that business.
Access the Collection Menu: On the left side of the screen, click on Explorer and then click on the Collection menu item
Action Dropdown: Click the "Action" button located on the right-hand side of the collection you wish to duplicate.
Select "Duplicate."
Operators will be directed to the Designer view of the new collection, where they can customize the configuration to suit their requirements and save it for use in campaign development.
