Activate Campaign
The campaign can be activated in two different ways:
1) Activate from Campaign Overview page
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click on the "View Dashboard" button associated with that business.
Access the Campaign Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Campaign" menu item.
Find Your Campaign: To find the campaign you wish to activate, use the search feature provided.
Activate the Campaign: Once you've found your campaign, click on the "Action" dropdown button.
Select "Activate": From the dropdown menu, choose "Activate."
Note: Please note that only campaigns in draft or stopped status can be activated.
2) Activate from Campaign Config page
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click the "View Dashboard" button corresponding to your chosen business.
Access the Campaign Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Campaign" menu item.
Find Your Campaign: Utilize the search feature to locate the campaign you wish to activate.
Access Campaign Configuration: Click on the campaign label to enter the campaign configuration flow.
Navigate to Design View: Progress to the Design view by clicking the "NEXT" button on the Target and Destination pages.
Activate the Campaign: Finally, click on the "Activate" button.
Note: Please be aware that only campaigns in draft or stopped status can be activated.
Tips
Before activating campaigns, it's essential to thoroughly review and confirm the configuration. Once a campaign is activated, campaign configuration modifications will not be possible. Please ensure accuracy before proceeding.
