Duplicate Campaign
The Duplicate feature offers a convenient method to replicate the configuration of an existing campaign. Follow these steps to create a duplicate of an existing campaign:
Log in to the CI App: Access your CI App account by visiting https://ci.zapyan.com/login.
Select Your Business: To view campaigns for a specific business, click the "View Dashboard" button associated with your chosen business.
Access the Campaign Menu: On the left side of the screen, locate and click on the "Campaign" menu item.
Find Your Campaign: Utilize the search feature to locate the campaign you wish to duplicate.
Initiate Duplication: Click on the campaign label to access its details. Then, click the "Action" dropdown button.
Select "Duplicate": From the dropdown menu, choose "Duplicate."
Note: You can duplicate any campaign regardless of its status.
Tips
Please remember to review the configuration carefully before activating your campaigns. Once a campaign is activated, campaign configurations cannot be modified.
