How to use collections as page to configure campaign destination
The Ci application's campaign feature is designed to give users the ability to select the destination where product recommendation widgets will be displayed. The destination primarily refers to a specific page on the website, such as the Home, Checkout, or Thank You page. Users also have the option to add a sub-category to a specific page to create targeted campaigns. Here's an example of how a page can be used to build a campaign:
Use-case 1: A marketing manager is running a special promotion for the winter selection and wants to display recommendations to anyone who visits the Home, Product, Search, Add to Cart, or any of the Collection pages. This can be achieved by selecting "All Pages" as shown in the image below.
Page Overview Interface
Key features for the collection overview page include:
Viewing all the pages available on the merchant's website.
Access to a short description of each page.
The ability to click on the page label to navigate to the page category detail page.
Sorting options by label or description.
A search function to find specific pages based on the label.
Page Detail Interface
The page details page is intended to provide users with a comprehensive overview of each web page where they can display recommendation widgets. This helps users gain a better understanding of the purpose of each page, the types of recommendations suitable for it, and which campaigns are configured for those pages. The detail page is divided into three sections:
Header: This section displays the label and a short description of the page.
Description: Here, you'll find a detailed description of the page along with some tips on the types of recommendations best suited for that specific page.
Used in Campaigns: The last section showcases all the campaigns where this page is utilized and provides the current status of those campaigns. Users can easily navigate to these campaigns by clicking on the campaign label.
