Access Multiple Dashboards
We provide our customers with the capability to access multiple e-commerce stores using a single app. This allows our clients to seamlessly switch between dashboards without the need to create multiple accounts. This feature is available across all subscription plans.
How to switch between accounts?
Click on the business name in top left corner of main menu
This will open the sub menu, click Change Dashboard sub menu button
You will land on the Active Dashboard page where you will find all you business accounts where you have installed our application
Click on VIEW DASHBOARD link which will direct you to the real-time dashboard for that business
You will find all our available integrations at the bottom of the page.
Tips
Install our Ci application on each e-commerce platform where you want to deliver our advanced product and content recommendations.
Use the same email address during the authentication process while installing the Ci application.
